1. The exchange, return, and correction of goods are carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (CPL) and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 “On Distance Contracts.”
2. The customer has the right to withdraw from the ordered product within 14 days of receipt by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller at shop@distillersrepublic.com The withdrawal form can be downloaded here: Withdrawal Form.
3. The product must be returned in its original packaging and complete set.
4. Goods can be exchanged for other items if the product maintains its external appearance, consumer qualities, original packaging, and labeling, and has not been used and/or damaged and/or lost its appearance.
5. The customer is obligated to return the product to the Seller within 5 days of sending the withdrawal letter. All costs associated with returning the product to the Seller are borne by the Buyer. The returned goods must be delivered to the following address: Vecpilsētas 8a-8, Riga, LV-1050, or as agreed with the Buyer and must be in complete set.
6. A refund is made using the same payment method that the customer used for the transaction. The Seller will refund the amount paid for the goods within 5 calendar days from the moment the product is returned. The Seller reserves the right not to refund the payment for the goods and services until the Customer has returned the product or provided documents confirming the shipment of the product.
7. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the customer’s right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation if the product is damaged, treated carelessly during use, if the instructions are not followed, if the original packaging of the product is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.
