Clients, when ordering goods, can choose the method of receipt:
Baltics
Delivery via Omniva throughout Latvia: €5. Free delivery for orders over €60.Goods are delivered to the buyer’s specified address from 8:00-22:00.
Delivery via Omniva in Lithuania and Estonia: €7. Free delivery for orders over €80.Goods are delivered to the buyer’s specified address from 8:00-22:00.
Other EU Countries
Germany, Finland, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Netherlands €15. Goods are delivered to the buyer’s specified address from 8:00-22:00.
Sweden, Belgium, Italy €17. Goods are delivered to the buyer’s specified address from 8:00-22:00.
Norway, Bulgaria €20. Goods are delivered to the buyer’s specified address from 8:00-22:00.
France €14. Goods are delivered to the buyer’s specified address from 8:00-22:00.
Pickup at Distillers Republic bar every day from 16:00-22:00 (Vecpilsētas 8a, Riga): Free
Goods are delivered within 3-9 days from the receipt of payment and after the client receives a confirmation email or SMS that the order has been received.
Pickup at the bar is possible two days after receiving the payment and sending the confirmation to the client.
The order placer must confirm their age, which must be 18 or older. The order placer undertakes to receive the goods personally. The order placer is prohibited from passing order details to a third party.
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer must present an identity document.
Delivery costs are not included in the indicated product prices. To determine the exact delivery costs of the order, place all the goods in the virtual cart and go to “Cart”. By selecting the delivery location, the system will indicate the exact delivery costs of the order.
If there are multiple products in the order and they are not delivered simultaneously, a separate fee is calculated for each delivery, after notifying the client in advance.
The client makes the payment for the order:
- By bank payment card.
The client must make the payment to the seller within 1 (one) working day.
The seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the client, adhering to the delivery times indicated in the product descriptions. If the delivery of goods is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller’s control, the seller undertakes to immediately contact the client and resolve all issues regarding the delivery of the goods.
In cases where the client notices that the shipment does not contain the appropriate goods or the goods are not the correct size, color, or other discrepancies upon receiving the goods, the client must immediately inform the seller.
